Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., a Japanese industrial company on a global scale engaged in the production of metal structures, energy systems, climate equipment, etc., is ready to expand its presence in Kazakhstan. This was stated during a working meeting of representatives of the Japanese company with the leadership of the International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects (hereinafter - IGTIPC).
So, during the meeting, the Japanese side familiarized with the main activities of its company for the production of technologies in the energy sector, which can be attributed, or attributed to BAT. In particular, the company presented systems to reduce emissions into the atmosphere, which they are ready to offer for Kazakh enterprises.
In turn, the IGTIPC management presented the main activities of the Center, in particular, work on the development of reference books on the most affordable equipment, as well as projects to promote green technologies. In addition, it was proposed to localize the production of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Kazakhstan in order to reduce the cost of the final product, as well as the opportunity to make it more accessible to domestic business.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed on further close cooperation and holding a second meeting for a more detailed discussion of cooperation issues.
It is worth noting that during its visit to Kazakhstan, the company also held a number of introductory meetings with government agencies, relevant organizations and Kazakhstani business, during which potential partners were presented with investment and business opportunities in Kazakhstan.
